Terms of service

ResellDigital gives you a storefront on a subdomain, a catalogue of digital products you may resell, and a licensing system that delivers those products to your buyers automatically. We keep the infrastructure running; you run the business on top of it.

Products in our catalogue carry resell rights for the term of your plan. You may set your own prices, use your own branding where your plan allows it, and keep the full amount your customers pay you.

You may not redistribute the source files outside your storefront, resell the resell rights themselves, or claim to be ResellDigital. Products marked as locked keep our name, description and delivery settings — you set only what we leave open to you.

Customers who buy from your store are your customers. We do not contact them, market to them, or use their details for anything other than delivering what they bought through your store.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

One account runs one store. Creating several accounts to get around plan limits is grounds for suspension.

Plans are paid upfront for a fixed term. Your store goes live once we verify the payment against our bank records, which is usually the same day.

Plans do not auto-renew. We tell you before your term ends; if you do not renew, your storefront stops selling but nothing is deleted, and renewing restores it as it was.

We may suspend a store that breaks these terms, that is used for anything illegal, or whose payment is reversed by the bank. We tell you the reason, and nothing is deleted while a dispute is open.

We work to keep the platform running continuously but do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in your panel in advance.

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you in your panel before the change applies. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the change.
